Registration Open for Imperial 2009

Funding has just been confirmed for the 2009 UK Maths-in-Medicine Study Group to be held in September at Imperial College, London. Mathematical modellers who wish to participate, can now use the online registration form.

The ninth UK Mathematics-in-Medicine Study Group is still subject to funding, but is provisionally scheduled to take place at Imperial College from 7th to 11th September 2009.
Canadian Study Group Announced

A Maths-in-Medicine Study Group will take place in University of Toronto, from Monday 22nd to Friday 26th June 2009, following the format of the well-established UK series. For further details, please see the Toronto 2009 site.
MMSG Website Upgrade

The MMSG website has been upgraded today, and is now running from a new database backend. One noticeable change to the site is that that the study group problems are now all categorised according to the biological applications and the mathematical modelling techniques used.
